I was fortunate enough to attend the Florida Collegiate Honors Conference of 2016. The conference date was set for February 19th through February 21st. At the Honor's Conference, I served as a representative of the Honors Conference and I was also able to present a poster from and Honors Statistics course. This event invited innumerable college students to present posters and explain certain research projects they participated in throughout their experience through honors programs.

My poster demonstrated the difference between the lifespan of small dogs versus large dogs. I explained the information I had gathered for my statistics project to various spectators.

Additionally, I acted as a representative at the Harn Museum and explained one of the pieces of art work. At the Harn Museum, my job was to encourage conversation among the spectators and inquire about how to artwork related to the good life. Another job as a Harn Museum volunteer was to guide thoughts of the viewers.

I am extremely grateful for being able to represent Santa Fe's Honors Program, present my project, and serve at the museum. The experience allowed me to learn through other Honors students and serve the Honors Program I am involved in.
